There WERE signs out warning us about the Portugese Man of War in the ocean. The lifegaurds put out the signs when the waters are flooded with them (they come with the full moon cycle). We ran right past them since we had been to that beach several times before WITH the signs and had no problems. I even pointed one out swimming by us and remarked that we shouldn't tell Mark we saw one or else he wouldn't get in the water. Dan and I kept our mouths shut. For the time being.
Maybe we should have told Mark...
Unfortunately, I didn't get to pee on Mark or Dan. The lifeguard station had some vinegar spray...dang!
